There are laws which clearly state that requirements should be non discriminatory. If the requirement says age less than 28yrs and someone goes to the labour court, the management better have a sound reason for putting that requirement. Ditto for sex and experience.
The question is not how long will this thread go on, but how to make it legit by adding some bit about FOSS.
Nothing to do with foss. But plenty to do with HR. Anyway since we hardly seem to have problems with FOSS and newbies are finally googling, we might as well speak about something rather than nothing.
