thats not my intension.. I want to get my doubt clarified, for which I think GNU/Linux mailing lists are discussing actively.. Its for clarifying the doubts of newbies.. If a person knows the answer he can reply.. and does nt want to pass circastic comments like this...

These lists are *not* for clarifying doubts of newbies - they are a community effort with both give and take. Posting to several lists at the same time deprives list members from the benefits of the discussion. Look up 'cross posting' to see why you shouldnt do it - and dont reply off-list to list mail
