Define speed. Personally, I would like 100 Mbit/s symmetric locally, and 10Mbit/sec to the Internet with no download caps at a reasonable price with business grade connectivity uptimes expected (two 9s, and yes my budget is > 1000 INR for that).
Do you want low latency or high throughput or both? Each has a different pricing.
