Some delays due to unknown issues. Some say its the Tegra chip being used.
(all Tegra devices are on pre-order)
Also, since they're indian, I'd suggest this instead of some other company :D
I dont think this is going to see the light of the day. I know 2 mobile companies that are scouring the chineese market for any ipad clone that is low priced and will do well to sell in India for their 3G services. If this was really there, they would be jumping on it.
