Scott,
All you need to do is figure out some of the essential things are installed and running.
Imap POP(If u need to server pop access too) HTTP Server
Ensure you have the packages for these installed and configured too. Alas when all is done come back to the squirrelmail config file and put in the appropriate values for its DocumentRoot and the IMAP Server address.
Try the same out and please also refer to the documentation of the appropriate application.
An "rpm -qa | grep -i squirrel" will give u the name of the squirrelmail package you have got installed on your machine. Post the same do as "rpm -qil "the_squirrel_package_name" to get the config and package files installed on your system.
Do take a shot at the docs before you go about with some more questions please scott.
