I have put him on moderation. This is a warning for him. He will be kicked out next time he repeats. such a thing.
We are not talking about strays that are a nuisance and are protected by some court judgments, we are dealing with humans. Lets avoid words like 'kick this guy' or 'he will be kicked out'. For internet groups there are appropriate words like 'give a warning', 'remove from the list' etc.
