If they are not ready for age < 28 cos they feel those people won't stay for too long. Are they sure people above 28 will stay for sure? If yes, then why would 28+ leave their current job for them? I think that's a very stupid clause.

yeah yeah thats upto the employer. But if compensated properly young people can stick on to one job. And if a 30+ guy gets a better offer then there isn't any guarantee that he will continue working for you. The experience is quite questionable. There isn't really any relation between age and amount of knowledge, experience especially in this field. The other qualities like problem solving ability, stability etc... are again upto the individual. He might be young but just as cool and calm as anybody!
