It does. To use flash on a 64bit system you have to install the i386 version of Firefox. I used to do that until I came across nspluginwrapper. The Java plugin is still an issue though. I haven't gotten it to work.... yet.
Isn't a 64 bit JDK available? IIRC, I used to use blackdown's 64 bit plugin for 64 bit konqueror.
