Hi Krishna,
I have successfully used Realtek 8139b setup for the same card. Should work for you too.
For the diskless setup. ie. diskless-clients using 8139b network card which will fetch the mknbi-tagged kernel image from the dhcp server.
No idea 'bout PXE or dhcp-3. Sorry.
Can we do something similar to following with dfe cards? http://www.geocrawler.com/lists/3/SourceForge/5299/125/6129709/
