hey one thought computer software meant for the lay user must be intuitive in nature. one doesn't have to go out and get a degree in software coding to install a dialer!!!!!
the comment below simply smacks of the disdain a sectin of the linux community has for the lay user.

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing - read up on linux package management. you cant use linux if youre averse to learning new things. This list will mostly not spoon-feed you solutions buddy...
