It would be better if a professional FOSS service organisation takes up this challenge rather than just depend on community support.
its true that we might not be able to count only on the community to work with the government for the full rollout. but the community can still help with training the teachers,localization, deciding which ditros,apps to use etc. we were also looking at community support in terms of all of us getting together in speaking to the government and convincing them.
