And our highly respected Prof. R. K. Joshi - the one man, despite being Indan who led the crusade of INDIC glyphs in Unicode forever with about 30 years of toil till his last breath.
I am sure any linux enthusiast in any list is ignorant and/or ungrateful enough to remember him.
Pointless rant. Anyway, I had met him regarding designing a plastic housing and he recommended one of his students (1994-95) who did an outstanding job.
