Most NAT devices have the feature to program the MAC address on the WAN port.
@OP -- it is not clear whether you are using the ISP's box or your own box to connect to the ISP on the WAN port. Have you called the tech. support to find out why you are not allowed access to the Internet. If it is a MAC address issue then look for a solution that allows MAC address settings on the WAN port.
