connection type was 'bridged'. I asked the CC if it should be PPPoE and he agreed. The user_name/passwd was added and the net was up and running. But now the voip stopped working.
Not to be a spoilsport but they will say "Yes" to just about anything... You're just happy that you solved a problem :)
