Dear Friends,
The SuSe server was loaded in place of the earlier loaded Edumorphix and it replaced the earlier grub that had entries of Red Hat and XP. A little tweaking of the /boot/grub/menu.lst which carries entries of the OSes in SuSe and the existing RedHat boots smoothly.
