Maybe you should read the PHP manual at http://www.php.net/ Try out some examples. When you have problems implementing your code, show relevant code snippets and show what you have done for debugging.

Yes. Though it would be a lot more polite to hit enter every 70-75 characters in webmail. Not all of us use GUI mail clients which wordwrap for us.
