I guess you might not be incrementing the Serial no. while changing the DNS Record that is the problem of not getting synchronised automatically...

just increment the Serial No. every time you change the records.... i hope this might solve your problem

I have Primary DNS setup on Solaris While Secondary on Linux. If I forcefully synchronize them they get synchronized properly but if I try Automatic then they dont get synchronised.
