actually I hadn't forgotten it as I never knew it in the first place - it was set up by an employee who had since left - I finally got a reply from her, the password was in her diary - 'admin123', which is far superior to net4!

that said, I usually forget at least one password a week - mainly because ff is very unpredictable in remembering them for me.
