As Indians we are ill-aware of our rights and get taken for a ride time and again by those who hand us down shoddy deals.
Towards availaing any kind of support i should request you to check what is it that you would like the vendor to provide for the $$$ you are ready to pay him/her. The Red Hat Support program that you are entitled for when you purchase a Box pack is only phone and email based, which works fine for some and not for others. On call based support costs extra if you should be ready to pay for the same in an eventuality.
You should buy one such unit from them and see if it meets your demands. SuSE is another option you can look at for onsite/call based support.
