philip mentioned in a reply in the linuxers 769th vol that it is possible to have separate configuration files for wvdial. also that wvdial can run thru "consolehelper" so that it doesn't require root previledges.
my doubts are 1. what is "consolehelper" 2. how can i use it to connect to the net w/o root previledges so that i can allow my younger brother to connect to the net w/o giving him the root passwd
