A Acer Aspire One is 17300 at lamington rd. I agree on the poorman bit. The only way the poor can have access to computer is free computer (cybercafes) in slum areas. Laptops are a long way from the poor.
A handheld is more expensive than a cell phone. If you are talking of eepcs LG is Rs.17500 afaik.
Wonder what poorman would afford that.
What exactly do you have in mind?
