Hi,
I am using Fedora 8 with KDE 3.5 and using Tally 7.2 for Linux on this machine. Tally is GTK based application. When I run this application in KDE, some of the shortcut keys dont work however when I run it in GNOME those shortcut keys work properly. Tally has shortcut keys like "Alt+F12" "Alt+F11" etc.
So how can I get this done in KDE ?
Check if gnome-settings-daemon is running: ps aux | grep gnome-settings-daemon
If its not running then try starting it: /usr/libexec/gnome-settings-daemon
Check if the shortcut keys work.
