Infact they will always offer u the best that they have and will show u the worst only after u have revealed your inner cheapskateness. U will love to see the chinese squirming as u notice all the flaws.
Everybody in the country is to blame, not just the importer. While other nations have passed thru this phase we seem to be stuck with a lazy, laid back attitude for the past 1000 yrs. We seem to be in such awe of our historical achievements that we dismiss every other nations achievements. The cheap chinese is one such. Right now we are trumpeting ourselves as a great software powerhouse. In reality we are only leveraging our english speaking capability. If it was anything else (low cost, innovation, efficiency) the chinese would have beaten us.
I totally agree. What we lack as Indians is national pride and awareness of what makes a Nation. It is this apathy that retards us from thinking positively and doing good for our country. Thats why we see people (even the educated ones) spitting anywhere, littering the streets with empty food packets and papers, breaking queues, pushing others to make way, sitting on the back rests of public seats with their shoes on the sitting area, putting their shoe feet on train benches and bus stop railings. It is even shocking to see lack of etiquette for senior citizens in public buses.
All this learning begins at home. Thats the training that is missing.
