Clients have POP3 accounts of Yahoo & Gawab. Here we have one computer Having Win 98. On that i have install Winproxy. By winproxy I share internet and POP3 Mail. Try Perdition or pop3proxy for sharing POP3. Squid or better use Polipo for web sharing.

Although, the best bet would be to use MASQUERADING with IPTables.
