Greetings HW enthusiasts,
The motherboard of one of my system is RIP. When I took out the CPU heatsink+fan, it came out with the CPU firmly stuck to the copper!.
I have tried to separate the CPU from the heat sink without much success. I am afraid if I try any solution it might damage the CPU.
Any suggestion to resolve this 'sticky' issue would be much appreciated.
-- Arun Khan -- What about yanking it gently with a broad flat screw driver?
Regards, Rony.
