You shud look for the FCC number of your modem, search for the drivers
for that chipset and install them, and then u shud be all set. i guess this suggestion applies to internal modem...most of the external modem nowdays can be driven by generic drivers.

Hello, I guess what you mean here is that you have not been able to configure your modem. If you dont hear the dial tone, most probably you configured
