14th would be out because of the free map workshop. We could meet at HBCSE but i doubt anyone would be interested in a talk after a full day of GIS.

Umm, correct. Besides, 14 is sankranti too. 21st seems to be approved by Mr. Rajeev. The second talk (joke) is out! and there's no third talk.
