Hi,
I downloaded bittorrent and searched for and found a page for the bittorrent of Knoppix (http://torrent.unix-ag.uni-kl.de:6969/)
How do I now go about starting the download ? Sorry if this seems like a stupid query. All I got is 55k .torrent file in my home directory.
Assuming that you are on a linux machine and that you have python and the bittorrent client installed, you can open a terminal and run "btdownloadgui <torrentfile>" to start the download with a GUI. Alternatively you can use "btdownloadheadless <torrentfile>" to start the download in the background.
