Most government guys in charge of IT contract allocation don't have a clue about FOSS. Otherwise they have misconceptions about the user-friendliness and installation etc. In the opinion of the forum, should the draft manifesto have screenshots, snippets of disambiguation about the FOSS desktop etc?
