I guess this is not the functionality which we would want. Can we have only the registered users to vote for any polls?
And those who do not wish to register? These days every second website asks people to register. We should not be forcing anyone to register. If someone wants to vote, then vote. If someone wants to register, then register. But these are just my views.
Also, its not possible to vote many times from single machine... till you clear cookies...
