A clarification for the above statement. The voice discussions are on the intercom, not software based.
Tell the dozeman to run netmeeting and u run gnomemeeting. U can then teleconference.

rdesktop is a cool tool. Might not be suitable for you but try it out nevertheless. Also, a asterisk server will do good for you :P You can get rid of the stupid intercom ;)
if u dont want a full blown intercom (or netmeeting) ohphone works great. There is a doze version too. Besides epabx is a pain without a keyphone (kts) handset.
