what is the command which will execute the unix before login in as any user ?
I do not understand the question. What executes unix? Unix is the system, so my guess is the boot loader executes it. What executes the boot loader? that would be the BIOS. What executes the BIOS? that would be nothing. The BIOS is the first place that control goes to when the system is powered up.
