This is regarding that longish message that got attached with the mail sent through an intranet server. I really do not know what kind of algoritham or to prevent spasam mails the sys admin sent it with my mail.
ask your sys admin how to refrain from automatically attatching this to your outgoing mails or else get an account from the *free* email providers like yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc..
