My guess is that your network uses DHCP to assign IP addresses and this particular host is configured with a static IP.
yes,ur guess is right that this machine is having static IP and this ip is not DHCP ip pool. we cant us dynamic ip on this machine because we r using it as a production server. we have five vlan and we are using dhcp server it's different from which we gave ip address for this server. so, it's totally different. ip'll never clash to this vlan.
i think its a firmware problem.isn't it??

Your options are to either use dhcpcd on this host, or remove this host's IP address from the DHCP pool so that it doesn't get allocated to any other machine.
