In today's Bombay Times, Vijay Mukhi states that he has never been anti linux, and that C++ is just a newer version of C.
This is the same Vijay Mukhi who will be teaching our cops how to use Java, C# and TCP/IP, all in an attempt to get them to know more than the `hackers'.
