get a stable conn in linux n gppp, i configured the dialer n the modem, but
the conn usually resets itself in 60-90 secs, renderin it virtually useless
can u please clarify what reset means, does it disconnect or what??
to do any work. if i disconnect n reconnect then it gives error that modem
not found or busy n sometimes in the process table the wvdial has an unterruptable status which i cant kill n which stays in the process table
try kill -9 <processid>
even if i disconnect the phone. my system is a UBUNTU 5.10. can anyone sort
out the problem.
