As for using Ubuntu on a server, I concur with other posts. Ditto for the "community" versions sponsored by the commercial linux distros.
Leaving aside Ubuntu, what other distributions are you (that can be anyone on this list) referring to? Specific bug reports, Bugzilla or GNATS entries?
