I am not sure if I am missing something. But I dont understand why sharing your internet connection would be a problem. Many of browsing centers and IT companies do it.
from what I see, OP has a contract to use a single machine and he is not allowed to share it. He shared, got caught and now has no access. If this is the case, I do not think this list should be involved. If it is not the case - then please ignore my mail.
