No, fookat, or Gratis, or "free as in free beer" is not whatfree software is all a bout. Free software is about "free as in free speech". So free software is not no cost software; it is software that allows freedom to the broader community of free software folks.
Without the freedom, all you have is disclosed source. Notfree or open source.
Visible source is a required, but not sufficient,characteristic of Free or Open Source Software.
i am not debating the meaning of 'free software'.. i am debating the line "That's why Free software is refered to as 'Libre' software". Libre means free/fookat/muft and can be used as such.
