Cedega? Wine? Unlikely, though, as IE is just another shell that runs on top of Windows.
While testing out sites (Especially when using CSS), it's a pain to see things display differently than intended in IE.
For my personal site, I don't bother. "This web site best viewed with anything but IE." At work we make an effort to make sure our sites display consistently or at least in a non-ugly way across platforms.
By the way, you're forgetting Safari onna Mac.
