Remember the old adage, "A hacker does for love what others would not do for money".
I also remember my parents yelling stop lounging and get a Job ! So if you don't have a daddy MoneyBags, might be better if you take the first good one that comes your way after you've tried for say about 3-4 months looking for something you like. Then Keep looking n jump (this is a universal parallel task) It gets pretty desperate at times... but once you are on the other side, you wonder what was all the fuss about...
