Can you help improve a program called ppa?

It can monitor cybercafes, and keep account of it.
1) It supports linux server and windows clients can anyone make it support linux server and client both
2) it keeps count for 1 hour atleast, cany n e 1 make it keep count for per 15 mins
3) It cannot lock remote computers (maybe by "xscreensaver-command -lock" ) can anyone code that
