Hello All,
There was news in the times of india today that mtnl is cutting its triband rates to 50% keeping the download cap same. So the 399 plan will now be 199. It will make a formal announcement in a few days so please keep an eye on further developments. This seems to be quite a sensible move however lets wait for the final word from mtnl itself.
