GNU/Linux covers every aspect of computing - tiny potato powered servers to supercomputing parallel vector machines. So you would have to pick your area of expertise.
It is mostly self learning as no one will want to give ready made information.
I will add that that the range and depth of info is so huge that it becomes very difficult to present any info to a newbie with lucidity, rather than any crumminess on the part of people who have knowledge. Otoh if a person does some self learning, questions will most certainly be answered. Leading to a healthy cycle of knowledge aquiring and sharing. Most important do not expect anything as your birth right.
