download httrack software and use cmd.

$ httrack www.tldp.org -P 192.168.10.1:3128 where -P specifies the proxy server settings.

I dont mind creating a mirror of tldp on a cd.

Just tell me the exact command to do it, i'll do it. The earlier i can get it the command, the better.
