A "demo" version of Linux DA for Palm is being distributed at http://www.linuxda.com. However, the developers are not yet offering the kernel source code (the download page says "Coming Soon").

Does this amount to a violation of the GPL? Is the distributor of a modified GPLed software compelled to make available the modified source immediately?
