I guess, addedly a gist of the meetup would also be nice and perhaps with the material posted on the site somewhere. It would be really helpful for the folks who cannot make to the the onsite meetup.

Hi Everyone,
Date: Sunday, 19th Oct. 2008 Time: 2:00-5:00 PM IST
We have just received word that our electricity provider has scheduled a complete power shutdown in the area on the 19th, from 10:00 AM - 4 PM, for some maintenance work. This will necessitate a complete shutdown of the facility during these hours, leaving us with 2 options:
1) Prepone the meeting to Saturday, 18th Oct. 2) Reschedule the timings of the meeting to 5 PM on Sunday
I apologize for springing this on everyone at such short notice. Unfortunately, we only received the notification from the power company a few hours ago.
Please let me know which of these options works for everyone.
Thanks Aditya

Ciao to all,
I'm supposed to make a presentation on Asterisk-celliax-skypiax at the meeting.
I'll arrive Oct 18th at 1650 at the Mumbai airport, so I think that I cannot make it for the 18th.
If Sunday late afternoon is a no-no, I'm available Monday too.
Sorry to make things difficult :-(,
looking forward to meet you all,
Giovanni (not sure if I can read mail again today, tomorrow for sure)
Hi all, Sunday 5 p.m. is cool :)

So we have a situation here. :-)
Let me list the alternatives.
1. We can not hold the meeting at Rhythm and Hues at this time. (I have no confidence is our utilities schedules. :-) ) so we will have another meet in future at Rhythm and Hues.
2. We have received an invite from Prof. Jeetendra Shah. (Thank you sir). However, the venue does not have an OHP. (We need to either borrow or hire the OHP if we want to use this venue)
3. HBCSE can not be guaranteed to be available as per Alpesh. This venue also does not have an OHP. (at least I did not see it the last time)
4. We can possibly use Direct-i, subject to confirmation from Gaurav/Devdas latest by tomorrow afternoon. (The conference room there is a bit crowded. Gaurav/Devdas can we have a bit larger room with an OHP?)
I will still hope that some one comes forward, preferably, from central location to offer a venue other then the listed above.
Considering the above we will wait for one more day and I will announce new venue and event by tomorrow evening.
Sorry for all the inconveniences caused to everyone.
Thanks Aditya

Please keep Mr. Giovanni Maruzzelli in the loop (some how) with the latest venue/time changes.

Hi Everyone,
Considering the above we will wait for one more day and I will announce new venue and event by tomorrow evening.
I was wondering whether we had reached a consensus about the venue. If the venue is still R&H, please let me know so that I can co-ordinate the logistics at our end.
Thanks Aditya
I was longing to see hard-core usage of CG on linux as that's something hardly talked about ! Anyhow, this would mean an open slot in the session talk if held elsewhere or would Aditya & team continue to deliver at the the new venue ?
