The prices seem ok.. Only question is where are you located in Bombay if at all.. My 2 cents.. This can be set into an unstated rule. I see too many mails saying I need so and so. I'm in Mumbai. Bombay is a big place so if you are specific I need "ABC" and I'm located in Andheri, it'll help both parties
AFAIK explicit mail IDs in mails could be abused.
