Nope, It does not. I opened the site and added it to my bookmark, no probs. I also use XBEL format for bookmark.

There were few problems with galeon's stability few days back but now it is stable. I use Galeon 1.2.3 which uses Mozila 1.0 as renderer. I think, my problem got solved because of Debian's fantastic upgrade facility. It keeps upgrading and bug fixing ur system. You should look for an upgrade for ur Galeon.
