Change the lines and drop IP/Mask. Also change "ro" to "rw" and see if you problem get sloved.
Also look into /var/log/messages for all NFS related error.

What error?
/opt/ltsp 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0(ro,no_root_squash,sync) /var/opt/ltsp/swapfiles 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0(rw,no_root_squash,async)
Nothing wrong with the lines. but u could replace the mask with 24 (which actually means the same thing) Perhaps your /etc/hosts.allow file does not allow a connect. Try mounting these exports from another machine while tailing syslog on both server and client.
